Other Ways To Stop Smoking

Instead of going for coffee, go for tea, clean your houses and try to divert from everything that reminds you of smoking cigarettes. Do something interesting in evening, but take care not to play on money.
Make a List of make you feel stressed and try to avoid them completely. Never make excuses for smoking cigarettes. For example, stress is the most common excuse. But you can de-stress yourself by doing something more productive such as meditating or breathing exercises.
